Jesus is going to judge us on love

The main area that Jesus is going to judge us on as believers is how we treat each other, not how we treat people outside of the Christian faith. It’s like being in a family where you have your brothers and sisters, but you’re treating your friends better than you treat your family members.

Jesus’ emphasis on the importance of how we treat our brothers and sisters in Christ is shown in the new commandment He gave us: to love each other as He has loved us. It is also shown when Jesus talks about Judgment Day, where those who serve their Christian brothers and sisters are the people in the kingdom, and those who don’t serve each other are the people outside of the kingdom.

Even in the book of Revelation, Jesus talks about how if we don’t get back to loving each other, He will remove His anointing from us. Jesus is holding us accountable for how well we treat each other. So, if we’re treating non-believers better than we’re treating the people who are inside the Christian family, then we are missing the heart of Jesus.
